About

I started in accounting, then spent five years at RSM as the primary client liaison on enterprise finance-technology implementations: requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live across Basware, Coupa, BlackLine, and Vic.ai on SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Dynamics.

I then began building AI agents on top of that delivery work, including a 21-agent assistant library on Microsoft Copilot Studio. I also run ClearAutomations, an AI automation consultancy that includes HIPAA-scoped work. I am looking for a remote role leading AI and finance-automation implementations.

Designed and built a HIPAA-scoped AI front-desk system for a 5-clinician counseling practice (Vapi voice agent, HubSpot pipeline, non-PHI intake) behind a 14-gate production-readiness checklist.
Scoped a 3-phase automation program for a mailing-services company ($5K setup plus retainer, $16K year-one value) and built 70+ delivery assets, including 6 n8n workflows and an 8-stage HubSpot pipeline.
Wrote the firm's delivery standard: client-owned accounts, native-first platform recommendations, and a 90-day ROI report in every engagement.

Led AP-automation deployments on Basware, Coupa, and Vic.ai: multi-entity, multi-currency approval matrices, PO-matching rules, GL coding automation, data migration, and ERP adapters.
Implemented BlackLine financial-close and lease-accounting solutions aligned to ASC 842 and GASB 87.
Ran a 2026 portfolio of 7 initiatives, including 2 concurrent billable implementations, all green RAG; led an internal Waterfall-to-Agile methodology transformation.
Designed and built a 21-agent AI assistant library on Microsoft Copilot Studio (later 46+), projecting 40-80 reclaimed hours per engagement (about $180K a year in practice capacity), plus the companion 2-day training curriculum.

Context: A 5-clinician counseling practice, with HIPAA constraints on how patient information could be handled.
What I built: A Vapi voice agent, a HubSpot pipeline, and a non-PHI intake flow.
